Not a Painting!

This is a polaroid of the gorgeously picturesque Namib-Naukluft National Park in Namibia. It's part of the Namib desert which is considered the oldest desert in the world.

 

I've always loved looking at photos of this gorgeous scene and decided to recreate it.

 

I was inspired by the photo taken by Frank Krahmer.

 

For me, I'm not one to take photos, but something I always take photos of, are of scenes. Sunsets, sunrises, mountains, rivers, the lot. So if I ever have the pleasure of visiting this park, this is a photo I would long to take.
