Mountain Top Stargazing
What better way to spend your unplugged getaway in your A-Frame Cabin than spending a night stargazing by the fire? Take a hike up Mt. StudBrick and enjoy nature far from the reach of any light pollution. Unplug by viewing the galaxy like never before. Maybe you'll even be lucky enough to catch a shooting star! Watch your step though, as Mt. StudBrick is known for its steep drops! When you're ready to call it a night, you can enjoy roasting marshmallows over the campfire, and drifting off to sleep in your sleeping bag.
I wanted to create a build that would represent something I would enjoy doing on a camping retreat. I live in the northern hemisphere, so I featured Polaris and the little and big dipper front and center. I wanted the illusion that the stars meet the horizon, so I lowered the horizon so it looks like it dips below the sides of the mountain.
I hope you enjoy!
