The Street bike of the Future

Its 2079. Flying cars are already everywhere, and so its time for motorbikes to catch up.This weekend, Harley Davidson Motorcycles made history as the world's first ever hoverbike went commercial...

Within the next year, we predict that Harley Davidson hoverbike's will be ruling the streets of every major city across the globe...

But how does it work? Well, an electric engine powers a HD Hoverwheel which provides enough downwards thrust to carry the motorbike and its occupant up to 5m into the air. A powerful rotorblade - similar to that found on helicopters - at the front of the bike is shaped as a classic H-D's front wheel and is what is used to turn the bike in mid-air. Tilting the HD Hoverwheel will provide you with forward thrust - and then your ready to go!
