Deep Space Rover
The Deep Space Rover (DSR) is built for long journeys into space to explore new planets.
The DSR has a built-in HD camera for high resolution pictures and movies of planet landscape and perhaps aliens living on the planet. It is also equipped with a drill for extracting mineral samples and a moveable arm for picking up the samples and putting them into the built-in laboratory. The result of the sample analysis is transmitted up to the mother ship using the satellite dish or one of the other communication antennas.
The front wheels are turnable for accurate steering of the DSR around obstacles on the planet's surface. The back wheels have the possibility to tilt the front of the DSR up or down to make slope climbing/descending easier and more safe.
The model is built in SNOT technique and the number of pieces are just above 100.
