The beginning of a journey through space

This is my entry for the moments in space competition.

Size

It is based on a 16x16 baseplate and has 172 bricks. This is designed as a micro model so it is not minifigure scale and includes no minifigures.

The rocket

The rocket has around 40 bricks and is quite tall.

The support

The support on the side is about 12 studs high and has what you would usually use as a mailbox is being used for the lift.

The surrounding

The stuff surrounding it are 2 cars and 2 buses getting the astronauts to the rocket. The rest is covered in flat tiles.
