Nature: Tree of Possibilities

Hello fellow LEGO enthusiasts,

The moment I saw the theme nature with a twist I knew it was time for a combined Duplo and LEGO garden. 

You're never too old for Duplo! It has the most fabulous range of animal minifigures especially. This garden includes my all time favourite... The sweetest little bird. 

As my kids grow up I feel sad at the idea of packing away the Duplo. So we continue to experiment with mixing both systems instead!

This garden shows the possibilities of mixing systems. There are two different trees, part Duplo, part LEGO. The Duplo flowers are another piece I adore so there are many built in. 

I wasn't able to find anyone else connecting Duplo like me, so I don't know if my methods of connection are legal or not. This project may be disqualified and that's ok.

Just being able to share my experiment is a blessing!
