Each letter stands for or depicts a value that is associated with success:

I-I for innovation. I for imagination. That's why the I looks futuristic. It's also shaped like an exclamation mark.

D-D looks like a garden because a garden is used to grow things. T'he grass represents children. A child's imagination should be allowed to grow.

E-E for excitement, explore, and enthusiasm. To quote the words of another, "Rarely has anything ever been acheived without enthusiasm".
