Futuristic: Banh Mi Mobile Kiosk

In 2021, Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, like many other coastal areas all over the globe, has been partially submerged by rising sea levels. However, the vibrant street-food scene here continues to adapt and thrive. Bánh mì, the ubiquitous Vietnamese sandwich, would be sold in solar-powered mobile kiosks with propulsion/float system that can navigate both air and water. Vegetables and herbs are grown aboard in roof greenhouses. Payments are made with a quick biometric scan by the overhead scanner.
