The Reflection of Worlds
This is my submission for the D&D instruction manual, hand-painted in acrylic paint, it measures 270mmx192mm.
It shows the view of a sword through which we can see the two worlds of Dungeons and Dragons : The game world and the magic, dragon-filled world.
The left side of the sword, the game side, shows two D&D dice one of the longed-for 20, and a special one of 50 for the 50th anniversary.
The others side show a dragon inspired by the Lego set in question.
The background behind the sword is a horizon reaching to the sunset flanked on one side by the rocky side of a mountain. each of these parts are in five shades to symbolise the five decades of D&D.
It is hand-painted because I thought it would be more real for such a real game. It can be digitalized if needs-be.
