Diventano Belli Quando Vincono
Enzo Ferrari, the founder of the iconic Italian car manufacturer, once said, "Le auto da corsa non sono
né belle né brutte. Diventano belli quando vincono." Translated to English, this reads, "Racing cars are neither beautiful nor ugly. They become beautiful when they win."
I think that this quote summarises and contrasts two important aspects of any racing car. First: ability to perform well on the track. The Ferrari 488 GTE, with its 330 km/h top speed and 365 kW of power, is no exception to the long-standing legacy of Ferrari racing. Second, how much the car is valued for what it is. There are many racing cars out there, but the 488 GTE is distinctive in that it's a Ferrari, so therefore is beautiful.
My poster is essentially just a simplistic depiction of the LEGO Technic Ferrari 488 GTE, with elements relating to Ferrari's Italian heritage and pride as a company. I hope you like this entry, and yes, the pizza was intentional.
