The Adventurous (Classic Rocket)
At some point in our lives we all drew rockets with large oval-shaped bodies placed on three or four legs (honestly I still do). In real life, it won't even be able to lift off, but in our imagination it could fly to distant stars and mysterious planets. It's a rocket with many names to each and one of us in our minds, I gave mine The Adventurous.
It took me an entire day to figure out how to make an oval-like shape vertically with LEGO.
The solution I found: 3-way rotors, 2 rods and a ton of connecting pieces for the panels.
In the end, I like the result of what I achieved. The rough sides on the panel imitate bolts and the circular piece was added to make a window. It also stands on 3 firm red legs all attached to the base with a fixed rotor and rocket engine.
I think it's a simple model, maybe as a decoration in a room or on a desk, although I wouldn't mind flying it through the air in the middle of the living-room...
Oh, almost forgot, fully built the rocket contains 155 parts.
