Our Infrared Universe

Spectacularly translucent images from space telescopes begin as black & white, then are processed to reveal chemical compositions of the deep space dust. Lasting thousands of years, the explosive remnants of a dying supernova is prominent feature. Highlights include a nearby spiral galaxy and side view galaxy, among nebula, cepheids, pulsars, comets & stars. The double sided view of the universe in infrared deep field is stunning.
