My entry is the first time Harry and his friends enter Gryffindor Tower, using the password to get past the portrait of the Fat Lady.
Percy Weasley leads Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, Seamus Finnigan, Dean Thomas, Parvati Patil and Lavender Brown down the corridor to their new common room. The walls are intricately carved, the ceilings are high and vaulted and beautiful dappled light streams through the high stained glass windows.
The Fat Lady's portrait stands at the end of the corridor in a golden frame, surrounded by carved flower masonry. There is a curtain and elaborate garden pot in her portrait too.
