The Hogwarts Boathouse

Welcome to Hogwarts! What better way to make a great first impression on incoming students than drifting up to the welcoming arches of Hogwarts Boathouse, guided by groundskeeper Hagrid's lantern. The half-giant guides the first-years on their journey through this wrought iron windowed and steepled structure. Inside the boathouse are barrels to store supplies, a paddle rack, and candlesticks to light the way. Hedwig and Hoot guard the ancient spired roof, but keep an eye out for the giant squid residing below. Beyond the boathouse students mount steps through a rocky terrace to begin their wizarding education. Good luck Hogwarts students!
