355 - Town Center

The set that started it all for me.

A town centre set with two trucks, a tractor, car, service garage, house, car park and working crane that could load items onto the the flatbed truck.

In this microbuild version of it, I've tried to remain true to the original build with the primary colours that the set contained, and whilst the original had a cardboard grey base, I've included tiles in this version as an alternative to recreate the road layout.

The crane uses a small turntable element to allow it to rotate just like the original set did.

Note: as I wasn't able to create a microscope aerial for the house, a minifigure whisk has been used as an alternative.
