Speed Governor

This mission requires the gear with the crossed pieces be spun to lift
the orange pointer. The robot may interact with the gear or the crossed
pieces to activate the mission. Each color band on the scoring gauge
represents a scoring level. Scoring is determined by the final position
of the orange pointer relative to the scoring gauge.

The mission is designed with a speed governor similar to one used on steam engines. If
the mission is spun too fast the governor disengages the mating gears
and stops the pointer from raising. Upon slowing down again the gears
re-engage and the mission pointer continues to raise. This can be seen
in the included video. Resetting the mission is accomplished by spinning
the scoring gauge to lower the pointer.
