Across the Stars

"when 900 years old you reach, look as good you will not". If the past 20 years have been any indication, Yoda may have been wrong for once, as lego star wars is continuing to grow and shows no signs of slowing down! For my entry, I wanted to create something that had the full classic trilogy, so my moc contains four parts; Tatooine, Hoth, Endor, and a display of Luke and Vader. On Tatooine, I created a battle between rebels (with designs based on their battlefront 2 appearance) and a sandtrooper patrol (with a dewback) alongside a canyon wall. I made a section of trenches for the battle of Hoth, with a P-tower and probe droid as the rebels fight to buy time for their compatriots to escape. And on Endor I created a more shadowy, forested feel,to go with the guerrilla warfare used by the ewoks, who attack the empire from their trees. And at the center is the 1999 and 2015 versions of Luke and Vader to show the progression of the theme. Happy birthday lego star wars, here's to many more!
