"Prepare to Defend That Castle, Aargh.."

To me the beach will always conjure up images of pirates and soldiers..

When we were kids, dad built us a pirate ship on wheels to sail on the beach. Yes, it was powered by the wind, and it sailed as any ship with sails would, except this was on the beach. And my brother and I would build the biggest sandcastle we could.. and we would each take turns playing either the pirate or the soldier.. and there were many great battles faught and adventures shared together.

I have included a small jetty in the build to show that this is a part of the beach. Underneath, you can find a starfish. Thanks for viewing.
