The building features a detailed kitchen with a stove, sink, refrigerator and other things needed to prepare food. It can be accessed by lifting off the roof. To create the coastal terrain of sand, rocks and water around the building, elements of various colors and shapes have been used. The different parts of the pier, water and surrounding terrain interlock firmly to form a stable base. The set consists of 248 pieces, including minifigures and a seagull.
