SCENE: The Battle at Dol Guldur

“You should have stayed dead” – Elrond

This is the scene from The Battle of The Five Armies where Galadriel, Saruman, and Elrond come to Gandalf’s aid at the dark fortress of Dol Guldur. It is in my opinion one of the only scenes that stands out from the third Hobbit movie. However, it really stands out as cool and powerful scene. To see the strength of Galadriel and having Saruman and Elrond fighting at her side is just awesome.

Dol Guldur has already been recreated by LEGO multiple times as a part of their LEGO The Hobbit series. However, I felt like the 79015 Witch-King Battle set had great potential to be turned into a more detailed and displayable piece that targeted the adult fans of The Hobbit.

The diorama is built in a scale that can fit in almost everywhere regardless of how much space you have to display your LEGO collection.
