Standing Tall

Standing tall, Maitera looks out over the Savanna - her Savanna. The first rays of the rising sun glint off her robotic prosthetics. Soon it will be time to log on to her first lecture of the day, but for now, all is peaceful and calm.

I wanted this build to show how tradition and progress can co-exist in harmony. This young woman is embracing the technologies and developments of the future whilst still staying true to her Masaai heritage. It was also important to me to show that disability is a challenge, not an impenetrable barrier.
