Eagle Stunt Flyer Reinvented
Back in 1996, the 6615 Eagle Stunt Flyer was the very first LEGO set I've ever got, and I still treasure it to this day. Naturally, when I spotted it featured in the thumbnail for this challenge, it felt like the perfect choice to revisit.
For my design, I aimed to honor the original set that I adore so much — it remains a timeless classic in my eyes. At the same time, I wanted to embrace modern design techniques and include more intricate details to bring it up to date, all while ensuring the build retains the recognizable charm of the original.
The plane itself is made up of 204 pieces, showcasing this blend of nostalgia and contemporary design. Additionally, I utilized the remaining piece limit to include a small side build — a maintenance station where the pilot can repair and upkeep the plane as needed.
I hope you enjoy my modern take on this iconic red plane, and I wish the best of luck to all the other fantastic entries in this challenge!
