The Old Inn Fort

Deep in the forest, young adventures have found an abandoned inn! Walls darkened by the years, but still a beautiful hideout waiting for its next story.

A lookout tower for guards, medieval timber framing, a mysterious sign recalling a history unknown... our adventurers enjoy many days of play in this cunning space.

They carve a table out of left-behind yellow wooden panels. They discover goblets and a pan from days of yore and add them to their play... bringing some candy and fruits as they build a pretend table of feasts. They bring their favorite books, carve wooden swords, and stack found treasures in a crate. High up in the tower they hoist two flags, mysteriously crisp after all these years. They swing in their newly-hung tree swing.

A perfect fort in the woods for these young adventurers! Our friends have found their play home, and celebrate history, mystery, and the fun of imagination.
