Boxor Gen v - Crushing Colossus

As the Bohrok horde continues to ravage Mata Nui, Nuparu continues to tinker away in an effort to aid the villages scattered across the island. His latest development is the Crushing Colossus Boxor mech. 

Nuparu has made many refinements in this iteration of the Boxor mech. Most notably, he has adopted organic fuel in the form of repurposed Krana taken from destroyed Bohrok shells. The Krana have been cooperative and provide the Boxor with plenty of power to induce consecutive concussive punches.

I think Nuparu as a character represents a bit of creativity in the Bionicle universe and I think that the original Boxor set as a whole continues to inspire a lot of custom designs. 

I’m most proud of the light brick feature that I incorporated into the Krana containment unit on the back of my build to illuminate the Krana. I also really enjoyed replicating the Bohrok’s iconic head smash function with the arms of my mech.
