Arc, the Enigmatic Chronicler

Not much is known about Arc. He's a historian and chronicler who popped up sometime prior to the Toa-Dark Hunter War. He wrote stories about great wars and kingdoms past, specifically focusing on the hubris of kings and the inevitable downfall of corrupt nations (like the League of Six Kingdoms). He subsequently was recruited by the Order of Mata Nui to chronicle their own actions, something he is all too happy to do. Ironically, despite being a very secretive person, Arc loves to snoop, spy, and learn anything he can. So having access to almost the entirety of the OoMN was like a dream come true.

After the Reformation (when Bara, Aqua, and Bota Magna became Spherus Magna) Arc continued to write and record. Now he could also study Agori history and culture, which was fascinating to him. In the coming decades new nations and cities formed and dissolve, and Arc was always right there, watching and writing.
