Nature: Cambrian Critter

In the Cambrian period lived some of the strangest creatures.  Based on the anatomy of the trilobites and Marrella, I built this Cambrian creature, which would be an ancestor of trilobites and crustaceans, and that combines characteristics of both groups. The challenge in building this model was to achieve a realistic and archaic look and an attractive color combination, with the pieces available in my collection.
