Creature- The Hero That Never Discovered His True Potential

This is one of Hagrid's roosters from The Chamber of Secrets. The reason that he could have been a hero is that in the book it is stated that the rooster cry is fatal to the basilisk. However before going down into the chamber of secrets Harry and Ron do not get a rooster to bring down with them. This rooster could have been a hero.
