Pirate's Prison Island

An imperial ship accidentally sailed near the tiny island where captain Redbeard had stranded and discovered him on it. The imperial officials in charge knew it would be best to keep Captain Redbeard as far away from merchant sea routes as possible and decided to build a prison for that kind of outlaws right on that remote island. A minimum of guards would be needed to stay there as no escape would be possible.
