The Watch Tower

One of the many outposts spread around the sea to guard the merchant ships against the vicious pirates. The Watch Tower is small, poorly supplied, but has two experienced Imperial Soldiers and a cannon. It has a basement under the tower, where ships can leave some of their precious cargo for safe keeping, until their return from the treacherous waters ahead.
