Funky Asteroids
Help! Evil aliens have invaded the sector and turned the music off! Defeat them in epic battles on land and in space and restore the funky tunes!
The game offers a galactic-scale adventure spread over three levels, with epic tasks like infiltrating a launch site and stealing a rocket, operating a laser cannon while dodging plasma blasts, navigating an asteroid field in a flying saucer, riding orbiting moons and more!
The journey is made real with awesome visual effects including the aliens' glowing eyes, fiery jets behind the rocket and U.F.O., a flashy disco ball, colourful planetary rings, shiny laser charges and a starry background. (All of these effects were created in the Unity particle system editor.)
Educational titbits are also included throughout; teaching about asteroids, orbits, moons and the atmospheres on different planets.
I didn't use any assets not included in the LEGO Microgame template in making this game, except .ldr files generated in Bricklink Studio.
