All American Mustang

I looked at many old car posters to get the inspiration for this one. I started out by building the word MUSTANG in a frequently used typeface. I knew I wanted as much of it as possible to be Lego built, including the backdrop (which is made from 1x6 bricks). Originally I intended on using the Creator set for the car itself, but then decided building my own would be more original, and also allow me to make my first Lego Car MOC. (Yep, I haven't built my own Lego car before!)

Building this Mustang gave me yet new respect for the Speed Champions series designers. Big shout out to them!

"Built Tough", "All American Muscle", and "The Standard for the American road" were all phrases I found on old Mustang Posters.
