Across the Seven Seas
When I first started working on this contest, I knew that I wanted to challenge myself. That's why I decided to create a sphere, something I had never done before. It was a challenge but eventually I managed to finish the globe.
To make the globe as accurate as possible, I started by counting the total amount of studs on the globe. I searched on the internet how much area each of the continents covered. When I gathered all the information, I multiplied the percentage of area coverage of the continents by the total amount of studs and made them cover up a realistic amount of area.
After finishing the globe, I wanted to create a pirate ship that could explore the globe that I build. I was also not very experienced in building boats, but this one wasn't too big so I finished it within a few days.
So, now I had finished the globe and the pirate ship. But the pirate ship was still missing something: The pirates! I added 3 more pirates and the build was finally finished.
