The Earth is no longer habitable!

The intrepid teams of Lego Space cosmonauts begin their mission to take our precious cargo (all our plant life) to a new and distant home.

Haulage and Dropship 6001-1 locks onto and collects Biodome 97E before pulling it across the stars.

The dropship has moveable thrusters so that you can hover or fly. The biodome is clamped safely for transit. It travels upright during lift off and while in an atmosphere and then carried horizontally in zero gravity environments.

With this build I wanted to try to keep things angular (minimal use of curve pcs) like the Classic Space sets of the 1980's

I also wanted to keep the build relatively simple and the pcs count small(-ish)

One feature of the early Space sets was the large size of the end build for such a relatively low pcs count. The build is made up of less than 600 pcs and measures an impressive W 24cm L 46cm H 16cm

Oh, and it would be about as heavy as a standard bag of pasta!
