Blacktron Refuelling Base
This is a large but micro-scaled model depicting the busy activity at a Blacktron refuelling base.
The pipe at the back suggests an extraction process. Energy is stored in neon-green fuel rods behind the upper robotic arms. The arms take fuel rods and insert them into fuel-cells which emerge beneath the arms on the neon-green platform.
The Box-Beetle is a stocky ship for travelling hazardous environments. When its fuel-cell is depleted, it lands beneath the second pair of arms which replaces the cell.
The stockpile of energy cell-stacks are taken to Blacktron outposts by drones. Depleted stacks are recharged at a station to the right of the structure.
A bar inside the micro-figures sticks into the helmets to suggest a head (I removed one of the visors for viewing ease on image 4). A micro classic jetpack with twin handles is reimagined to be an energy pack for a mech. When a pilot enters the mech while wearing the pack, two tubes attach to the pack and the mech is powered on.
