Blacktron Rover
"Purple spaceman, this is Blacktron squad βτ-22 ! Blacktron leadership has declared coloured space suits illegal ! Accept to dye your space suit black or you will be arrested ! I guarantee you, you do not want to end up like the Teal spaceman ! We are not kidding, and it is absolutely not because we are jealous of your fabulous outfits !"
So I had this silly idea of Blacktron being some sort of fashion police that enforces very strict laws when it comes to space suits colours. While the story surrounding it is absolutely ludicrous, the model itself has been designed very seriously, and comes with several play features :
- Front missiles launchers
- Removable turret and antenna (can be placed on the rover or the speeder)
- Suit decoloration chamber storage compartment in the back, with a button to eject the chamber
- Weapons and antenna storage compartments on each side, with foldable ladders
I tried to build a model that was as fun and playable as possible, and also that looks awesome !
