Dizzy Bunny

This little bunny was inspired by a scene in an old 1940s era movie. I have always wanted to try my hand at a LEGO version of the bunny portrayed in that scene.

Making the bunny turn was easy ( it can be attached to a LEGO motor or it can be hand cranked using the side handle at the base)… but, getting the ears to rise and fall wasn’t quite so easy on such a small scaled critter. After many different approaches this little fellow is the result of my building fun. (This is truly one of the best aspects of LEGO- it’s diversity in creating seemingly anything one can imagine).

It is a whimsical build that I would enjoy receiving as a gift but more so would enjoy gifting. I hope it brings a smile to your day.
