Travelling Merchant Wagon

The traveling merchant journeys all over the kingdom selling his wares, and finding new treasures to sell. The awning opens up to reveal the shelf of things for sale, and there's plenty of room on the back for a couple of barrels and a chest. The merchant also has a sword in case he is attacked by bandits, and maps of the areas he's visited so he doesn't get lost.

The main play feature is the awning that opens up. There's a tile with clip on the opposite side of the awning, and when you lift it up and push it, the awing opens up and the shelf is pushed out. Using the tile with clip piece means you can fold it down so there's no ugly pin sticking out anywhere, which was something I really wanted so that the wagon looks good from all angles. There's also lots of sideways building on the front and back to add detail.

The model has 248 pieces including one minifigure and all the accessories.
