Wind Turbines Amid Rolling Hills

A cross-country drive I made a few weeks ago inspired this entry. I've made the trip at least 50 times over the past two decades and have witnessed a remarkable transformation to the landscape over time. On the very first trip, I only recall a handful of wind turbines. A few years later, driving in the evening, I came over a hill and suddenly noticed hundreds of blinking red lights as far as the eye could see. I didn't realize until the next morning that the lights were from wind turbines. These days, I see them everywhere I travel, a sign of an increased focus on clean energy and environmental friendliness.

This entry features three wind turbines nestled among the rolling hills of the countryside. It is set up in a postcard format. While it reminds me of the views along the highway in the Midwestern United States, it is a scene found in many places around the world. The design is 192 total pieces.
