STEM: Box of Possibilities

What do a 3D printer, STEM and the LEGO system have in common?
They all help us shape a future where imagination is the only limit.

Each “3D printed” object (around 50 pcs) depicts an icon that represents the corresponding sector:
Science=DNA helix
Technology=Lightbulb
Engineering=Gears
Maths=Tangent

Each domain offers a unique property, reflected by the parts used for each icon:
Science=Clips and Bars
Technology=Slopes and Dishes
Engineering=Gears and Wedges
Maths=Arches

Like Lego bricks, mixing up different domains opens up new possibilities. This symbolizes the importance of cross-disciplinary knowledge.

Possible alternative model:

Science+Technology=Computer chip
Technology+Engineering=Spaceship
Engineering+Maths=Bridge

What’s the next big invention? Your move, inventor!

Features:
-3D printer has 2 degrees of motion
-Base has storage spaces for extra piece
