Japanese Sento

Japanese Sento

Hello! I am 15 years-old LEGO fan, who would like to introduce a second entry for the contest.

This entry was made based on Japanese Sento, which is a Japanese traditional public bath. I believe that this is a unique culture, because in Japan, we can find many of them in anywhere, even in small towns.

My Sento work is made from 245 bricks. A huge room is divided into 2 parts, a huge bathtub and a shower space. What is very fantastic about the Sento is that often there are pictures of Mt Fuji, so people can relax. I tried this out in my work as well and this was the most difficult part of the work. Also, there is a space for "kakeyu" with yellow buckets, which is people take some water from a separated small tub and use it to get used to temperature to avoid heart-attacks. The shower space for 4 people is tiny, but has everything you might need, taps, shower heads and mirrors. Make sure to bring your own soap!

If you have anything to comment, please let me know.

Thank you.
