Looking at Things From a Different Perspective
What do YOU see when looking directly at this piece? It may look like a jumble of colors shapes no rhyme or reason, but all it takes is looking at things from a different perspective…
This is known as a lenticular mosaic, meaning that from one angle, the viewer will see one image, and from another angle, the viewer will see a completely different image. For my submission, one angle shows a brick-built number 15 above the word IDEAS, and the other angle shows a bright pink birthday cake above a wave of rainbow mini figureheads. It is a simple piece, but nonetheless effective and conveying what Lego ideas means to me: “Going beyond the classic themes to imagine, innovate and create something that has never been done before.”
Good luck to everyone in this challenge and keep being bricktastic! :)
