Peak XV (Mount Everest)
Lego Ideas is the brick equivalent of climbing Peak XV, renamed Mount Everest in 1865. Reaching the summit is a challenge, but with determination and commitment, anyone can succeed.
Base Camp (17,700’): You start to acclimatize to the Lego Ideas community. The colorful prayer flags inspire your build.
Camp 1 (19,900’): past the challenging Khumbu Glacier, your idea is accepted and recruiting supporters.
Camp 2 (21,300’): the journey continues with fellow climbers as you pass the 100-supporter milestone.
Camp 3 (24,500’): You start to feel the effects of the climb as you achieve 1,000 supporters, but you are excited to keep going.
Camp 4 (26,000’): Just like the limited oxygen at this altitude, at 5,000 supporters it is harder to find people who aren’t already supporting your project.
Summit (29,028’): At the highest point in the world, you join the 10k Club! While you still need approval from the Expert Review, this is an incredible accomplishment and it’s time to celebrate!
