I Just Can’t Wait to Be King

When I saw this challenge, there was no doubt in my mind which movie I should pick: one of my all-time favourite Disney movies and also one of the first ones I ever (and repeatedly) saw - the Lion King. One of the happiest moments in this movie is always this song. As a 5-year old boy I danced around the living room when this song was about to start. The animal pyramid at the end of the song inspired me to make this build. Simba, Nala and Zazu are all present as well.

I used Bricklink studio to create this build totalling 790 pieces. In the movie the animal pyramid  consists of more animals, such as anteaters , impalas, flying flamingos and marching elephants, however I was unable to get those in with my preferred level of detail with the pieces constraint of 800. It’s my first Bricklink build and has been an absolute joy (and challenge) to make.
