V.I.C.C (Voice Initiated Command Center)

Have you ever wanted to watch your LEGO city come alive? Well now you can! This voice controlled device can activate all your LEGO power functions devices at once, with the option to turn on each individually. It can also be connected to lighting kits so it can light up your LEGO buildings. This means your trains can run around your city while your buildings light up and your fairground rides spin. V.I.C.C can even play noises to fill your city with sound! Additionally, you can set a timer for when you want your devices to activate, and use voice recognition to make sure only you can control them (voice recognition is optional, if you want anyone to have access to V.I.C.C just skip the voice recognition step souring set-up)
