Mars transportation system
The MTS or the Mars Transport System is a space station mounted on a large rocket that provides a means of propulsion.
the system is made up of:
- a thruster with fuel tanks
- living quarters
- an observatory
- two landing craft
- a docking port
- a refueling platform
- a crew of five
The MTS is designed to leave earth’s orbit and travel through deep space into the orbit of Mars, it will then orbit Mars until it has used the fuel in it’s refueling tanks at which point it will travel back into earth’s orbit and the process begins again
