Dungeon Master's Companion

The Dungeon Master's Companion includes a compact centerpiece diorama, with a dice rolling tray concealed beneath, a Mimic Chest for dice and parts, and a chest full of useful map parts and micro figures.

The diorama features a dragon bursting through the wall to protect its treasure... and is that a dragon egg? The egg lights up with a concealed light brick. The heroes - knight, dwarf, elf maiden mage - are escaping down the steps from a skeleton guard into an oncoming goblin. The dice tray beneath is useful during the game.

The Mimic chest on the right also detaches and can be used to store dice and other parts hidden beneath a layer of treasure. The tongue flickers out and the teeth glow in the dark.

The other detachable chest stores map parts which can be laid out on the table during the game to represent the room or corridor the players are currently exploring. Doors and microfigures of heroes and monsters also fit neatly inside, and can be placed to show the action.
