Land rover pit maneuver

This bad guy stole some gold from a nearby pawn shop and is trying to get away he must be stopped before he hits the skateboarder, but the police in the area don't have a sturdy enough vehicle to do the PIT maneuver. Luckily the guy in the Land Rover is there to help. The guy was just doing some off-roading in the are when he noticed it and came to help.
