Wildfire Rescue

Currently, in California, there are several wildfires burning. The fires endanger the safety and survival of people, plants and animals. My story depicts a big, blazing fire where a horse is found stranded among the burning trees and brush. Luckily, John, a local resident, and an avid hiker noticed the distressed horse and knew instantly that he would put his Land Rover to the test. His Land Rover is dependable, sturdy and powerful, allowing it to move effortlessly along the uneven terrain engulfed in fire. Most importantly, it has the ability to tow trailers. John knew that he had the right vehicle to rescue the frightened horse. John hitched up his horse trailer and was able to lead the horse into the trailer, saving the horse’s life. Had it not been for the Land Rover’s powerful ability to travel through terrain and have the ability to tow trailers, that horse may have experienced a different fate. No wildfire can stop a Land Rover!
