Wildfire Workhorse
All over the world wildland firefighters battle blazes through the day and into the night. This build is a tribute to those heroes. The vehicle is modeled after a couple real-life Land Rover Defenders, consistent with that classic body shape and a spare tire on the hood. While it may not be the sleek new Defender, it is the tried and true workhorse of the backwoods, still used today. This particular firetruck comes with a water canon for busting those tough flames! The interior is complete with Technic bucket seats, steering wheel, shifter, dash radio, and extra storage. The passenger side panel contains a control system and air supply storage, while the driver side panel contains a backup hose reel and a first aid kit. The rear features a hose real, tool mounts, water valve, and an onboard water tank. Other features include additional tool mounts, a ladder mount (for rural structures), a tow hitch, front end hook winch, and rubber band suspension. Huge thanks for giving old #2 a look.
