The Secret Life Of... Lego Bricks
Before Lego bricks are packed into sets for our enjoyment, they journey through a high bay warehouse, where individual pieces are stored in bulk containers. My model depicts such a warehouse, with a crane loosely inspired by a SwissLog Ventura Crane used in actual Lego warehouses. It also includes a conveyor belt to move bricks to other areas of the factory.
My model is 54 bricks and 2 plates tall and measures 22x64 studs at the base. No parts of my model overhang the baseplate. My model is able to be built using only unmodified Lego elements. It is currently digitally rendered in Bricklink Studio, but in the event that my model is accepted, I will order parts for it and build it in real life.
